The global rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors solution aims to improve the efficiency of processes managed by human resources teams. The solution, which can be accessed anywhere at any time, enables greater autonomy and a better user experience. As part of the Hello JM solution, 85,688 people were trained in Poland, Colombia and Portugal in 2023.

To connect and make relevant information available to all employees, we have internal communication platforms at global level (the Our JM intranet) and local level (Por Nós in Portugal, Dla Nas in Poland and Hablando Naranja in Colombia). Dla Nas offers a chatbot in Polish and Ukrainian and, since 2023, it also has a voicebot.
The human resources teams also have their own platform, which functions as an internal social network and provides information about the teams, the strategic HR agenda, articles, events and other content.
In Colombia, Hablando Naranja (Talking Orange) is a communication channel that shares relevant information about Ara through radio sessions broadcast periodically in all stores. In Portugal, Rádio Pingo Doce provides information about the business, interviews, competitions and more.
Rádio Pingo Doce won the award for best audio/podcast/corporate radio in Portugal in 2023, awarded by Meios & Publicidade magazine. In Poland, Dla Nas, Biedronka’s internal platform, won the Digital Impact Awards in the category of best intranet, awarded by Cravenhill Publishing.
